Hello Students and Parents,
My name is Mrs. Adriana Gallo. After 15 years of teaching, my passion to inspire, teach, and guide students in their path of knowledge only grows stronger. My educational path has led me to guide students from Kinder through 5th grade, but my favorite path has been inspiring 3rd graders. I am a graduate of Angelo State University.
I am also a mom of 2 boys. My first born is a 3rd grader here at Scarborough and my second is a 4 year old. They are both loving, caring and full of energy.
I enjoy riding my bike on the trails with my boys and husband, running, sewing, and best of all reading.
I am currently working on becoming a better baker at home, putting first things first, and beginning with the end in mind.
I continue to be very excited as each school year begins.
We'll see you in Husky Land very soon!
Welcome to the 2016-2017 school year. It’s going to be an exciting year for everyone!
I am a proud Texas Tech Red Raider and this is my sixth year as a Husky at Scarborough. While I have worked over 20 years in education, this is my 10th year teaching Special Education.
Once again, I have the privilege of collaborating with both 2nd and 3rd grade classrooms. Our collaborative classrooms have a mix of special and general education students. The student/teacher ratio is significantly reduced with two teachers in the classroom which allows for an enriching experience for all the students.
My children, a daughter and son, are both married and live in Oklahoma and Dallas respectively. I have a beautiful grandson and granddaughter. When I’m not playing with my kids and grandkids, I love exploring new places, new restaurants, and new things. I relax by playing in the garden or curling up with a good book.
